Hey,
Ive not posted in a while so I'm going to update it now with a few recent videos and info.
This is a video made as a preview for my winter sampler.
This is a fun day video that i made after a tiring training day
As well as my last improvement update i now have started to see more general strength and jump improvements in my parkour,i also measure my jump yesterday which came back as 8ft exactly which is alot better compared to my 7ft jump 3 month ago. However i now need to start concentrating a bit more on my school work.
I'm going to carry on with my usual training and will be hoping to improve more in the future. My inspirations are people like Blane, Next gen, Sin-clan and Brad Moss, thanks for being awesome and inspiring to my training ^^.

Improvement update.
Just another post to say about my latest improvements. Today we went to Wigan which is were we used to train alot but because of so much training on the same spots every week we got bored, so then we started to head to places like Manchester, Liverpool and Warrington. However today we decided to go and train back in our home town =). At every spot we went to i started to relise that i had improved and that i was doing things i wouldn't of thought possible about 2 months ago.
These things included:
- Bigger cat leaps and jumps
- Improvement on precisions
- General flow and bigger vaults.
I believe that this is due to harder and harder training and also the start of me conditioning to improve my parkour. Seeing the improvements lately has put my confidence up, which is something i've needed for a long time. Seeing these improvements has also made me believe that i can push myself harder and further that before. I am also seeing improvements in my friends due to taking the discipline more seriously and conditioning.

A goal to work towards...
Hey, Just posting to tell you my new aim to improve my parkour and general strength. I am going to be working towards 10,000 push ups to build muscles in my arms for climb ups as these are getting generally better but still aren't at a good standard. At the moment i have done 200 but will be posting here with my progression.

Manchester Jam
Hey, Just got back from a big jam in Manchester which was awesome and now I'm really worn out. I improved on my climb ups, cat leaps, cat to cats and also my back flip landings. About 30 people turned up and i haven't been to a jam like it since the big one last year which around about the same amount of people turned up. Just a thanks to Dean for taking us around and for helping me with a few moves. Just a little report on the day. Bye =)

Other training aims
Some of the other training aims i am going to start to work towards are:
- Handstands as i believe these will help my general balance, strength and co-ordination so from now on I'll be spending about 15 minutes a day just practicing these.
- I'll also be doing 4 x 20 push ups
4 x 20 sit ups
3 x 50 calf raises
- I will be working on my back flip techniques as i believe i need to practice landing them.
- I also believe that my cat leaps need some general work.
- One final thing is that i need to start improving my jump to help my general parkour and will be putting a lot of effort into it.
I believe after a few months of this my parkour and movement will be improving and will keep updating this blog with videos etc. to show my progress.

Conditioning target
Ok, Hey this is my first blog spot post and I've been thinking about my parkour and ways in which i can improve it. One way in which i have thought is with increasing my body strength to improve my parkour as this could help all of the aspects such as my climb ups. At the moment i can currently do 1 pull up with my hands facing the way in which they would in a climb up. I'm going to set my self the target of working up to 10 pull ups by the 20th of October. I believe that this should begin a great improvement of my parkour and the way i move. As well as this i am going to be working on all of my body strength and will be setting my self targets in the future to improve my parkour.
